Why native is enough

.popover anchors content; iPhone: sheet unless .presentationCompactAdaptation(.popover). System: arrow, no dim, outside-tap dismiss. No wrapper.

Accessibility contract

• Popover: VoiceOver-reachable, escape-dismissed.
• Info MUST NOT live only in popover; label MUST stand alone.
