Why native is enough

.pickerStyle(.segmented): local selection; TabView: app nav. No wrapper.

Accessibility contract

• Retains Picker segmented semantics; selection caller-owned, not TabView nav.
• Needs concise, large-text-legible segment labels; inherits enabled, tint, direction.
